Your home is one of the biggest investments that you will make.

A quality home inspection is a critical step to ensure peace of mind when purchasing a home.

Choosing the right home inspector for this major investment can be difficult.  A Marshall Home Inspections can help you save money and detect or prevent problems.

The Job Of A Home Inspector

My job as your home inspector is to provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision about the property you are having inspected.  I do this by providing a detailed report delivered in a clear, concise, and professional manner which is easy to read and includes pictures so you can easily understand any issues.

Here Is What I Do For My Clients

I will spend an average of two to three hours thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the property.  This includes the roof, attic, crawl space, foundation, plumbing systems, electrical systems and mechanical systems just to name a few.  We encourage our clients to come along for the inspection and to ask questions about any areas of the property. We focus on educating you about the property and explaining things in terms you can understand.

Home Buyers - Know what you're buying.

In both new and older homes, the best way to ensure that you are well informed about the strengths and weaknesses of a property is to have us give you a professional home inspection. We are trained to identify problem areas both small and large that may have been overlooked by the previous owners and to identify which require immediate attention.

Home Seller - Know what you're selling.

Home inspection is rapidly becoming standard practice when potential buyers are considering a home. By having the home inspected before it is listed, you can avoid nasty surprises during negotiations and make your home more attractive to buyers by attending to necessary repairs.

A pre-listing inspection from A Marshall Home Inspections can provide a list of potential upgrades that may help you sell faster and for a higher price.

Home Owner - Don’t let minor issues become major repairs.

Even the most seasoned homeowner will most likely never go into the places in their home to actually identify these issues on a regular basis. Small issues left unidentified and uncorrected over a long term can cause serious issues. For about the cost of a basic automobile tune up, a home maintenance inspection can help to identify problems and damage in your home before they become a threat to your fiscal well being.
